Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: butter sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon bits

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold water and pat dry.
  • Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  • Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
