Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the thighs over.
Cook for an additional 12-15 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
