Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • Cut the potatoes into even-sized sticks or wedges.
  • Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and pat them dry.
  • Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and spices.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
