  • A selection of cheeses cheddar, blue cheese, brie
  • Marinated olives
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Dried fruits figs, apricots
  • Crackers or breadsticks

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
  • Slice cured meats into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut cheeses into cubes or wedges.
  • Rinse and dry cherry tomatoes and olives.
  • Arrange the meats in a circular pattern on a large platter.
  • Place cheese pieces in between the meats.
  • Add olives and artichokes for color and flavor.
  • Scatter roasted red peppers and cherry tomatoes around the platter.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  • Serve with crackers or breadsticks on the side.
