Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives
  • 1/4 cup salami sliced
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash the mixed greens thoroughly and pat them dry.
  • Place the mixed greens in a large bowl.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the greens.
  • Scatter the mozzarella balls evenly over the salad.
  • Add the sliced black and green olives.
  • Layer the salami and pepperoni slices over the salad.
  • Include the sliced roasted red peppers for added flavor.
  • Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the top.
