Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese 8 oz
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
  • Drizzle honey over the top of the brie.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried cranberries on top.
  • Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges well.
  • Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
