Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
Drizzle honey generously over the brie.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the honey.
Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges well.
Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the pastry with an egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
