Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
Drizzle honey over the top of the brie.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried cranberries on top.
Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges well.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
