Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of white fish such as cod or tilapia
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Place the fish fillets in the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Squeeze lemon juice evenly over the fillets.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
