Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Remove the ham from packaging and place it in a roasting pan.
Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
Insert whole cloves into the intersections of the score marks if using.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
Brush the mixture generously over the ham.
Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the glaze.
Once the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C), remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
