Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture; mix well.
Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
