Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and almond flour.
Add honey or maple syrup and peanut butter to the dry ingredients.
Stir in baking soda and cinnamon until well mixed.
Add dark chocolate chips, dried fruits, and nuts, mixing thoroughly.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
