Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup diced vegetables bell peppers, onions, spinach
  • 1 cup cooked meat bacon, ham, or sausage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
