Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • While the cauliflower bakes, mix the buffalo sauce with olive oil in a bowl.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  • Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
