Add the yeast mixture, milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the shaped buns and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush the tops of the buns with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
