Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Form the beef mixture into four equal patties.
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
While patties are cooking, prepare the bowls with mixed greens at the base.
Add halved cherry tomatoes and sliced pickles on top of the greens.
Once cooked, place each patty directly on the salad base.
Top with sliced red onion and your choice of sauces.
Serve immediately and enjoy your burger bowls!
