Cook rice according to package instructions.
Grill the chicken until fully cooked and slice.
In a large bowl, layer the cooked rice as the base.
Add black beans evenly over the rice.
Layer the corn on top of the beans.
Add the sliced grilled chicken over the corn.
Sprinkle diced tomatoes on top.
Layer with shredded lettuce and avocado slices.
Drizzle sour cream over the top and garnish with lime wedges.
Serve with salsa on the side.
