Prepare the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the seasoned meat until fully cooked.
Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds.
Layer the cooked rice on the center of each tortilla.
Add the black beans on top of the rice.
Spoon the cooked meat over the beans.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the meat.
Add diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the fillings.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up.
