Heat the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
In the center of each tortilla, layer 1/4 cup of rice.
Add 1/4 cup of black beans on top of the rice.
Place 1/4 cup of shredded chicken on the beans.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over the chicken.
Add a spoonful of salsa and top with avocado slices.
Add a dollop of sour cream.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly.
Serve with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro.
