Drain the pasta and set aside.

Toss in the shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the pasta, shrimp, bell peppers, and green onions. Toss to combine.
