Ingredients

  • 1 can of chicken 12.5 oz
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned chicken, cooked rice, bell peppers, and onion.
