Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Rice the cauliflower using a food processor.
  • Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender.
  • Let it cool, then wring out excess moisture using a cheesecloth.
  • In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a crust.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • Add your favorite toppings.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
