Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Gradually whisk in water until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the hot sauce and olive oil.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the hot sauce mixture.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with a dipping sauce.
