  • 1 pound fresh white fish diced
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Dice the fresh fish into small, uniform pieces.
  • Place the fish in a bowl and cover it with fresh lime juice.
