In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the black tea bags, cinnamon stick, crushed cardamom pods, cloves, and ginger slices.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain the tea mixture into another pot.
Add honey or sugar to sweeten and stir well.
In a separate saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk until warm but not boiling.
Froth the milk using a frother or whisk until creamy.
Pour the spiced tea mixture into cups, filling them halfway.
Top with frothed milk, filling the cups to the brim.
Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top for garnish.
