Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small red potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and scrub the red potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a large pot of salted water.
  • Bring the water to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender but not falling apart.
  • Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Gently mix the potatoes into the creamy mixture until well-coated.
  • Spread the coated potatoes evenly in a greased baking dish.
