Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli, and diced chicken.
  • In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the combined mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the cheese layer.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
