Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, cheese, and bacon for toppings

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  • During the last minute of cooking, add cheese on top of the patties to melt.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce and tomato on the bun.
  • Add the cooked chicken patty, followed by bacon and any additional toppings.
  • Serve hot with fries or your choice of sides.
