Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, and your choice of sauce

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Lightly grease the grill or skillet with cooking spray or oil.
  • Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun.
  • Top with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
