Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss gently to coat.
  • Add sliced chicken on top of the salad.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra croutons if desired.
