Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Season the flour with salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
Whisk the eggs in another bowl.
Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a third dish.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
