Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 3 cups egg noodles cooked
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mixed vegetables.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  • Stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Optional: top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
