Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mixed vegetables.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Optional: top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
