Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Flatten the chicken breasts to ensure even cooking.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  • Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
