Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  • Dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Chop the celery and finely dice the red onion, then add to the bowl.
  • Halve the grapes and add them to the mixture.
