  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 1 slice of cheese optional
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Slices of tomato
  • Slices of pickles
  • Mayonnaise or your favorite sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Avocado slices optional

Instructions

  • Start by grilling the chicken breast until it's cooked through.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper while grilling.
  • Prepare the vegetables: wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  • Toast the bread slices lightly.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Spread mayonnaise or sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer the lettuce on one slice of the bread.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast on top of the lettuce.

  • Top with the second slice of bread and press down gently.
