Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce tomato, pickles, and any desired toppings

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined, but avoid overmixing to keep the sliders tender.
  • Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches wide.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  • Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  • Prepare your slider buns while the patties cook.
  • Toast the buns lightly in another skillet or oven for added texture.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on each bun.
