Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Prepare chicken strips and season with salt and pepper.
  • Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
