Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • While baking, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the wings and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  • Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
