Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While baking, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a separate bowl.
After 30 minutes, remove the wings and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture.
Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
