Cut the tortillas into triangles.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the tortilla triangles until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, add the salsa and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the crispy tortillas to the skillet and stir to coat.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese melts.
Serve hot, topped with diced onion and avocado.
Garnish with sour cream and cilantro before serving.
