Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate, covering it about two-thirds of the way.
Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat the melting process with the milk and white chocolate separately.
Use a fork to drizzle white chocolate over the dark chocolate-covered strawberries for decoration.
Add sprinkles to the strawberries before the chocolate sets.
