Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted.
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate.
Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the dipped strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
