Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 packages 3.9 oz each instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  • Crush chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until fine.
  • Combine crushed cookies with melted butter in a bowl.
  • Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form a crust.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie crust.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  • Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings before slicing and serving.
