Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 1 cup assorted nuts almonds, hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits raisins, cranberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted dark chocolate into chocolate molds, filling each cavity halfway.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried fruits into each mold.
  • Melt the milk chocolate and pour it over the nut and fruit layer, filling the molds completely.
  • Tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles.
  • Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the top for decoration.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each chocolate for added flavor.
  • Refrigerate the molds for about 1 hour until the chocolates are set.
  • Once set, carefully remove the chocolates from the molds and enjoy!
