Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
Pour the melted dark chocolate into chocolate molds, filling each cavity halfway.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried fruits into each mold.
Melt the milk chocolate and pour it over the nut and fruit layer, filling the molds completely.
Tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles.
Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the top for decoration.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each chocolate for added flavor.
Refrigerate the molds for about 1 hour until the chocolates are set.
Once set, carefully remove the chocolates from the molds and enjoy!
