Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nuts walnuts, almonds
  • Dried fruits raspberries, blueberries
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  • Chop the dark, milk, and white chocolate into small pieces.
  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate.
  • Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Add butter and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring well.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them halfway.
  • Add nuts and dried fruits to each mold as desired.
  • Top with more melted chocolate until molds are full.
  • Tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
