Chop the dark, milk, and white chocolate into small pieces.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Add butter and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring well.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them halfway.
Add nuts and dried fruits to each mold as desired.
Top with more melted chocolate until molds are full.
Tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
