Instructions

  • Stir in the yeast mixture and egg, mixing until a dough forms.

  • Incorporate the raisins into the dough, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
