Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two mixing bowls.
Add cream cheese and salt to the egg yolks and mix until smooth.
In the bowl with egg whites, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until well combined.
Using a spoon, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Shape them into rounds or ovals, about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
