Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two large bowls.
  • Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
  • In the bowl with the yolks, mix in cream cheese, almond flour, and salt until smooth.
  • Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
  • Use a spoon to scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6 mounds.
  • Smooth the tops of each mound with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately or store for later use.
