Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two mixing bowls.
  • Add cream cheese and salt to the egg yolks and mix until smooth.
  • In the bowl with egg whites, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until well combined.
  • Using a spoon, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Shape them into rounds or ovals, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
