Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two large bowls.
Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
In the bowl with the yolks, mix in cream cheese, almond flour, and salt until smooth.
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
Use a spoon to scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6 mounds.
Smooth the tops of each mound with the back of a spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately or store for later use.
