Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the berry mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in melted butter and milk until just combined.
