Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, milk, and heavy cream.
  • Whisk in the eggs, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  • Add the baking powder and melted butter, mixing until combined.
  • Fold in the grated cheese if desired.
