Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional: nuts or dried fruit

Instructions

  • Measure 1 cup of cottage cheese into a mixing bowl.
  • Add 1/2 cup of almond flour to the bowl.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for flavor.
  • Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined and smooth.
  • Fold in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
  • Optionally, add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
