Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
