Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup crab meat shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  • Gently fold in the shredded crab meat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Serve with sliced baguette, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
