Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
  • Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat.
