Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
