Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray
  • Your favorite wing sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
  • Spray the wings lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C) and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crispy.
