Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
Spray the crockpot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
Place a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
Add a layer of ground meat followed by a layer of marinara sauce.
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara and mozzarella on top.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until noodles are tender and cheese is bubbly.
