Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the pork chops on both sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes each).
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and ranch seasoning.
  • Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot.
  • Place the seared pork chops in the crockpot.
  • Spread the mushroom soup mixture over the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Once cooked, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  • Serve hot with your choice of sides.
